Staying Healthy

Maintaining your heath is very important, but in law school it is crucial.  You simply cannot afford to lose chunks of time trying to recover from illness.  Obviously you want to take care of the obvious methods of staying healthy: exercise, eating right, washing your hands, etc but I’d like to recommend adding DanActive to your routine.  I strongly endorse DanActive as a nice additive to help maintain your health.  Dannon heralds itself as a probiotic dairy drink that helps strengthen your immunity.  I don’t claim to know the science behind it, but I can attest to feeling better after having a DanActive.  I usually drink one in the morning or whenever I start feeling under the weather.  An 8 pack with 2 “free” bottles comes out to roughly $4.50 in the grocery store so it is a little pricey, but if you look around in the Sunday paper or grocery store, you can probably find coupons.  You can also stretch the price by drinking one every other day.  Either way, if DanActive can in any way help you stay out of the doctors office and in class, the price is well worth it.
