Its never too early to think about your next semester’s books. Two primary reasons support this. One is this way you ensure you have the book when class begins. The second is you have the opportunity to buy a used book at a substantial discount. Even further down the road, you have the first selection among the used books. This will prevent you from being stuck with the book with highlights all over it or the binding falling apart. If you know exactly what book you need, search online before buying at the book store. Many law students sell books and other materials at very cheap rates. Here is one book exchange forum. Ebay also has books for auction. Obviously you’ll have to do more scouring in a forum, but again the discount has a high probability of rewarding your efforts. Thinking ahead will save you $100s in cash.
